Do Goldendoodles shed?

Most Goldendoodles have minimal shedding. Because it is a poodle mix, you will have much less shedding than a Golden Retriever, but you might find occasional hairs around the house.

What are the different generations of Goldendoodles at Red Doodle Ranch?

We breed F1 and F1b Goldendoodles. F1 means the first generation where the parents are purebred Golden Retriever and purebred Poodle. An F1b is a second-generation Goldendoodle. This means that one of the parents is a Goldendoodle and the other is a purebred Poodle. F1b’s will shed even less than an F1 because they have more Poodle in them. Either generation will make excellent family dogs.

What makes our dogs different?

We breed a smaller-sized, red Goldendoodle, but we still maintain the characteristics of both breeds. At Red Doodle Ranch, we carefully chose our parent dogs to ensure that the confirmation of their puppies is proportional. In addition, our parent dogs are much more than males and females used for puppy production. We love our dogs. They are sweet companions for our kids and sleep in their rooms.
